It must have Cold Resist (10+) and Poison Resist(10+). The higher the resists, the better. Other desirable mods, but not necessary, would be Life Leech, Mana Leech, +Life, +AR, and Regen Life.

I can offer P Gems, Ko, Fal, Hel and lesser runes. I also have a Heavens Light, but only +2 skills/1 socket but does have +29X% ED.

Thanks for posting your 2 rings. Sorry but I am not interested in either at this time. I really need higher cold resistance if I can get it along with some poison resistance.
