[L] SC 313 pdsc taking offers

[:1]as the title implies, i have a 313 pdsc over 11 seconds and will to entertain offers. So far best offer i've recieved was Vex+ist. If anyone wants to outbid this then please do so. I'm really looking for a ber for this, but might be willing to trade for ohm+. Anyways drop a line if you're interested. Please dont' waste your time and try to tell me this is not a legit item. It dropped off of a monster in hell and i found it myself. This was not brought from Non-ladder nor is it a dupe.
